Yes — every single order gets a tracking number. You'll receive an email with your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number as soon as your hamper is dispatched from Sheffield. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us. If a hamper is confirmed lost (after 30 days from dispatch with no delivery), we will resend or issue a full refund — your choice. We've had very few lost parcels in our history, but we take full responsibility when it happens.
Hampers are packed with protective padding to survive the journey from Sheffield to your door. If something arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a partial refund promptly, no questions asked.
