For New Zealand: Standard (Royal Mail Tracked) takes 8โ€“14 business days; DHL Express (included free with the Castle Market Bundle) takes 4โ€“6 business days. For Australia: Standard takes 10โ€“16 business days; DHL Express takes 5โ€“8 business days. Dispatch from Sheffield takes 1โ€“2 business days. During Christmas add 2โ€“3 extra days. Business days exclude UK public holidays and weekends.

Yes โ€” every single order gets a tracking number. You'll receive an email with your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number as soon as your hamper is dispatched from Sheffield. You can track it directly on the Royal Mail website (royalmail.com) or DHL website. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Possibly. Orders under NZ$1,000 are not subject to import duty. However, NZ Customs may assess GST (15%) on the value of the goods. This is collected by NZ Customs (usually via your delivery provider like NZ Post) before delivery โ€” not by us. We do not have control over customs assessments. We include accurate customs declarations on all packages.

Yes โ€” we ship to all New Zealand addresses including rural delivery (RD) addresses. Please make sure your full address including RD number is entered at checkout. Rural delivery may add 1โ€“2 days to your delivery window. There is no extra charge for rural delivery.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us. If a hamper is confirmed lost (after 30 days from dispatch with no delivery), we will resend or issue a full refund โ€” your choice. We've had very few lost parcels in our history, but we take full responsibility when it happens.

Hampers are packed with protective padding to survive the journey from Sheffield to New Zealand. If something arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a partial refund promptly, no questions asked.
